WOMEN'S MINISTRIES ...

Raising up women of substance for Christ

The Women ministry is now divided into sections, each with a head of department who reports to the president while the president reports to the minister in charge.

1. Home Makers: "Having an organized home, family and life"

The vision is to raise a generation of married virtuous women who will build their homes for Christ through fervent prayer and the word of God. They have a head of department who reports to the president. They have their meeting time. Some of the issues they address are:
* Marriage
* Unbelieving spouses
* Extended family and marriage
* Finance in marriage
* Friends in marriage
* Sex in marriage etc

2. Friends of Hannah: "Bountiful Miracles Psalm 127:4-5"

This ministry is for thankful mothers and those still awaiting their miracles. They have time for prayers and counseling. Nurses and medical practitioners are also involved to counsel.

3. Women of Hope: "Renewal of Strength Isaiah 40:31"

* To minister specifically to the needs of single mothers in the church and the community.
* To offer support, hope and encouragement to single mothers in the church through prayers and by the word of God.
* To pray for spouses and prayers to forgive and remove bitterness in lives.
* To reduce feelings of loneliness.
* God sometimes uses such bad experiences to help us grow closer to him and discover His will
* Teach how to overcome obstacles of unforgiveness and develop a forgiving lifestyle so you can begin a healing process.
* To teach how children can stabilize in a single parent home

4. Evangelism Ministry

This ministry reaches out to the young, old, lost in the society. They share the love, faith of Jesus Christ. This ministry reaches out to women in the community. Two of our women were nominated to attend the NA Women's Conference in Atlanta. They had a wonderful time in the presence of the Lord. Their report has been sent to the church office.

5. Career Women

This group is committed to educating and enriching the lives of women financially through Godly principals.

Mission

- To teach our women how to make wealth on the little we have now
- Teach and inspire women to start planning today for a secure financial future
- Teach women how to be their own boss by having their own businesses
- Educating women how to spend wisely to establish security

6. Fitness For Life Ministry

Vision: To encourage women to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Mission:

- Educate and improve lives of women through fitness, eating healthy and exercising
- Teaching women to keep a healthy family
Focus: All women (young, old, working, single, married etc)
