Men of Valor

This is the men's ministry of Living Spring Miracle Center. Ours is a ministry dedicated to helping men be the Godly men we have been called to be by God.
The purpose of MOV men's ministry is to provide men with resources to develop Godly character and to equip them to influence their world for Christ in everything they do. These include influence in many areas of their life materially, mentally, psychologically, and spiritual well-being of our men.
It is also our sincere hope, belief and prayer that the information and resources you will come across will encourage, inspire and propel you becoming a TOTAL MAN.

Mission of the Men's Fellowship

The Mission of the Fellowship are as follows:

- Spiritually Empowerment
- Building a Stronger Family in the Lord
- Leaving an enduring Legacy & Inheritance for our Children
- Financial and Social Empowerment

To be Spiritually Empowered

God wants us to be spiritually empowered – he desires that we be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the key ingredient we possess as Christians. We must be a vessel for the Holy Spirit & the Anointing of God. Without the Holy Spirit, we can not hear his voice; it can be difficult to get revelations, and it will be difficult to carry out his work spiritually – "if anyone thirst, let him come to me and drink. " He who believes in Me, as the scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.'(John 7.37-38).
God loves us and wants our friendship, our love and our relationship - Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors – (Proverbs 8:34)
Every man must have an altar of prayer in his home devoted to praying, worshipping and praising God. God wants to be intimate with us, he wants us to continually love him, He wants us to talk to him, He wants us to ask him for whatever we need, He wants us to bring our problems to him - "Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me."(Job 38:3)
Evangelize to spread the gospel, To Live and Lead according to God's divine guidance, path, revelation & purpose.

Building a Stronger Family in the Lord

God expects men to lead our family in the word of God and abide by his counsel. As men, we are the pastor of our homes; we need the wisdom and the knowledge of the word of God to be a good husband, a father, a leader in our individual homes and in Church.
Every man must build a stronger family in the Lord - Showing and rendering Love to our spouse - Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, - Ephesians 5: 25-26
In this day and age, we need the following to be a good spouse in our marriage such as spiritual intimacy, commitment, building Godly hedges around our marriages and defending our marriages from external influences erected to destroy it.

Leaving an enduring Legacy & Inheritance for our Children

As a father, we must establish a foundation upon which our children should follow, we must build relationships with our child/children emotionally, socially and spiritually at every opportunity we have. For them to succeed in life spiritually, socially, psychologically, it is our responsibility that we must provide a Godly, spiritually secured, a spiritually stable, and a spiritually strong environment for them. "Raising your child/children in love - And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord" - Ephesians 6:4
We must as man provide a spiritually secured home for our children – For Protection: In the fear of the LORD there is strong confidence, and His children will have a place of refuge – Proverbs 14:26
In Spiritual Legacy: The righteous man walks in his integrity; His children are blessed after him – Proverbs 20:7.
Prosperity: A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children….. – Proverbs 13:22

Financial and Social Empowerment

As men and as children of God, we must be prosperous in every areas of our life. Be it financially, intellectually, materially, spiritually and health-wise. In other for us to achieve all these, we must yield to the counsel of God, abide in his ways and totally surrender ourselves to his will, purpose and plans. We must make the word of God the key things in our lives. The Lord promised us according to the scripture that "Ask, and it will be given to you. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you". (Matt.6:7)
To live and lead according to God's divine guidance, path, revelation & purpose.
A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel, - Proverbs 1:5
Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men – Proverbs 22:29
Commit your works to the LORD, and your thoughts will be established- Proverbs 16:3
To be wealthy; successful; empowered to be resourceful and build wealth in heaven as well as on earth.
